Food Service Assistant
Position Description: Maintain a clean work area. Update patient cardex as necessary. Complete production sheets for next day. Assist with patient tray line. Take temperatures of hot food items prior to serving and document appropriately. Deliver and pickup patient trays.
Qualifications: Good customer service skills and pleasant phone technique. Ability to read and understand recipes, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
