Temporary Maintenance Assistant
Position Description: Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilating and air conditioning. Clean, strip, re-coat and buff floors. Perform electrical safety testing on equipment. Assist in snow and ice removal. Assist with general maintenance of building and grounds. Some nights and weekends are required.
Qualifications: Qualified candidate must have a GED or High School Diploma preferred. Good communication. Ability to read, analyze and interpret government regulations and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
